About every six weeks or so me. Used to be evry 3 mos or so, but the most current ex changed me from that. Now I prefer shorter hair. But, I still have to get told (by the current) to get a haircut.
The girl who does my hair says some of her businessmen customers get theirs done every 2 wks.
Short hair females (sounds likes a breed, sorry) get theirs done as often as me or more frequently, she says.
My hair was 4 feet long, then I got 8 inches cut off [and man did I feel bald!] couple of years later something like 80% of it fell out and it took several years to start growing back properly, now 6 years later it’s 2 feet long, I cut it myself whenever I think it needs a trim …
I have thick, fast-growing hair, I hate getting a haircut despite the fact that, when I do get it cut, it only takes about ten minutes. When I start looking like a televangelist, I know it’s time to get it cut.
Every five weeks. I’ve got bunches of long curly hair that gets flat at the top if I don’t keep up with my appointments. I book ahead and my stylist calls with reminders-- the best!
Once every two years or so. My hair is below my waist. I probably should cut it more often, but I have that Sampson complex where I feel bereft if more than an inch at a time comes off. Just thought I’d add the minority opinion here.
I used to get it cut every month. I stopped six months ago, as I was sick of the “frat-boy” cut. I look pretty shaggy now, and have no idea how to get it cut, if I decide to.
I cut my own hair most of the time. It’s your basic regular boys hair cut, somewhat military style comb over. If I do go to the barber its once, maybe twice a month…
About every 3 to 4 weeks here. My hair stays pretty short, but it’s gets very thick quite quickly. I get it slightly trimmed and heavily thinned out every month.
Costs me $20-$25 a pop, but I reckon it’s worth it.
Once a month. Up till last summer, it was every three weeks. I used to wear a flat top, but I’ve matured into a bit longer - though not much.
Before the flat top, I had a sort of pony-tail-teen-burnout-thing going on. Not pretty, but I definately spent less ($0) at the barber, and the chiccks seemed to dig it.
I would say about once every three months, or maybe a little bit more often. There aren’t any good salons near my college, so I always try to have it cut when on vacation.
Once a year, usually in the spring or whenever the weather gets warm, I cut it up to my shoulders. Sometimes with layers, sometimes not. I tend to let it grow to my waist (actually helps me stay warmer in the winter) and then chop a good bit of it off.
