Our lights flickered that night from all the wind. I love rain/snow storms, but not black outs. We’ve had quite a few black outs so we got a generator just in case.
We were about 36 hours without Comcast, so no cable, phone or internet, but our power was only out for a short time early Saturday morning. Other friends were out 24 hours. There are still around 200,000 without power in Massachusetts.
Around 14 to 18 inches of snow in these parts. (Roughly 10 inches less than the Blizzard of '78.)
Right now it’s 65 degrees in my back yard.
