82° at the school down the street, 78° inside here with the windows open and fans on. Should be about the same tomorrow with a 50% chance of rain for the complex’s annual all-ages pool party.

We’re thankful for the nice weather. Our a/c hasn’t been working right for the past couple weeks and the guy suspects a Freon leak.

Currently 71, which is as warm as it’s likely to get today. Feels colder though due to intermittent sprinkles.

It’s 11a.m. PST. Partly cloudy 79°F. The high is supposed to be 94°F. I am at work until 6p.m. and all I really want to do is scooooooter!!!

Hot with a side of humid. Today it’s supposed to be in the mid-high 90’s, which is cooler than the last few days. Help me, I’m melting!

The forecast was for it to be 106 today here in Sacramento, but the layer of smoke from the 30,000 acre wildfire about 40 miles southeast of town is filtering out some of the sun, so I’m guessing it will only hit 102.

But it’s a dry heat.

Record setting heat (97 forecast) and dry as a popcorn fart (7% humidity). We are not amused.

After a brief respite of much-needed rain, Portland is once again to hit 90 today. But it’s looking more like fall weather next week.

Aye, laddie! We’re getting those wonderful low-'60s starting Monday!

It’s only 90 and shouldn’t get above 95 all week. Which is practically a walk in the park.

I consider our weather to be moderate because we are about half way between the equator and the pole.

A few days ago it was too hot and perfect weather for frogs to be out when I was walking the other night and now it’s too cold. That makes things about average. The frogs probably went back to the water though.

Damned hot.
It has been damned hot for a long time, and it will continue to be damned hot for two weeks.
78F at 7:00 Ante Meridian.

90s with humidity pushing over 100

I love Florida

64 breezy and possible showers later. 65 tomorrow, 70 and sunny Sunday, 75 and sunny Monday, 82 and sunny Tuesday and Wednesday, then possible showers and mid 70’s the rest of the week.

It’s currently 74F, 91% humidity. It’ll probably rain again soon.

85°F, partly cloudy, winds from the east at 9mph
30% chance of showers
overnight low in the low 80°F range
Direction and intensity of the wind is by far the most variable aspect of our weather.

Unless a tropical system comes through then high in the mid to upper 80’s with a low in the lower 80s is pretty much the forecast for now until November.

“And then. . .depression set in.”

I spent a lifetime in Gainesville one year…

Between the spray trucks fogging the area with pesticide every morning and the 6" flying cockroaches, it got almost surreal…

Usually around mid-January or February.

Won’t be long before my morning and afternoon commutes are in darkness. (The morning ones already are.)

It’s been 100-105 all this week, 80-85 last week, 100-105 the week before that, 80-85 the week before that, etc. Typical for Aug/Sept.

No rain on the horizon, though we did have a freak summer storm back in July.
