Well, they’re actually being pretty upfront about that part. Abuja really is the capital of Nigeria (unless they’ve traded it to Botswana for a left-handed pitcher and two draft picks to be named later); and there does in fact seem to be a street in Abuja named (more or less) Herbert “Marculary” (actually Macaulay) Avenue (or maybe “Way”).
