Inspired by techies last weekend of summer thread…
I can definately tell fall is well under way here in southeastern New Brunswick. It is COLD in my house. It is cold outside too. I have to wear a jacket in the mornings now. The leaves are starting to turn colours. Before too long I’ll be scraping the frost off my car in the mornings…it’s about that time that I get cold and stay cold until sometime around April.
For now my feet and ass are freezing!!
That’s really sad, Angkins. I hate Fall. It’s so symbolic of old age and death. 
I like fall, really I do! I’m just freezing today!
Oh great. It’s a hundred friggin’ degrees in Los Hideous, and I hear people talking about how cold it is! I talked to my best fiend the other day. He was working on a commercial on Mt. Baker (WA). He said it was 55º, and on the last day it was cold enough to have snow flurries.
I hate Hell-A. Too damned hot here, and it’s sunny all the time. Oh, well. Another 7 weeks and I’ll be flying to WA to secure an apartment. Then, if all goes well, I’ll be moving up to the cold, wet, green, delightful, climate of Western Washington.
And Southern California and hot weather can kiss my butt.

Share the cool girl ! It’s hotter than hades here. Satan won’t even visit here. The frickin chickens are laying powdered eggs . The cows are giving powdered milk, the … well you get the picture.
while we’ve had a little rain, and did have enough heat to make your average texan feel at home for awhile, weather here is in it’s normal fall pattern: lows in 70’s with humidity out the butt, highs in low 90’s with moderate humidity. Boring. It’ll be like this till november, when it might cool off and rain.
As someone who has endured a wet and cold winter (by South Australian standards), I am really enjoying a taste of spring at the moment.
Well that’s the trick, innit? Warm, sunny days are nice when it’s contrasted by a lot of cold, dreary weather. But “hot and sunny” every day on the morning weather report is just depressing! Seattle has far more sunny days than L.A. has rainy days, so it’s a better mix.
I swear some day I am moving down to that nice hot climate of yours Aye!!
Right now I would kill for someone to warm me up!! 
I’m really jealous Angkins! It is really hot and humid outside right now. I would love for it to be at least cool but I have at least another month or so until we get that. But I couldn’t imagine it being cold until April, I wouldn’t know what to do with myself.
For some reason, this strikes me as very very funny. Just say it out loud ‘frickin chicken’.
Anyway, I am glad it is finally getting cooler. I don’t like it too cold, but cooler than 100 is nice.
