My problem with Denny’s has always been not that the food sucks (but let’s not pretend it’s good either), but that the service is universally awful and the food is overpriced for what it is. If it came out fast and cost half as much, I’d be there all the time too.
As long as you don’t like him more than you like Curly, I doubt you’re lonely in that at all.
I would have guessed I was the only person on the board who liked shape note but I used Google and found a whole (admittedly, brief) thread about it here.
Oh, and in response to the discussion about “We Built This City” - I absolutely love it, fondly remember dancing around to it as a kid and still think it’s a great song. But I bet I’m not the only one.
I bet I’m the only person on this board who likes Casino Royale with David Niven & co., and thinks that continuity demanded the franchise be shuttered with the film’s release.
Nope - I really like it too. So much, in fact, that I haven’t bothered to see the new version, as I’m absolutely certain that it will suck in comparison to the original.
I have admitted this here before so I’m not afraid to say it again…

I love Enya.
Pepper and chocolate is one of the most surprisingly pleasant food combinations I have ever encountered (jalapeno and hot fudge sauce on vanilla ice cream).
I don’t know if I’m the only one, but I’m sure I’m one of the few who actually like supermarket sheet cake, with extra frosting. I’ll take the corner piece, the one with the big flower…
