I challenge the Dope to answer this poll with the required percentages

The goal of this poll is to try and get the correct percentages for each response. Each response itself tells us what percent of us need to vote for that option. This is not a multi-option poll so the total percentage of all options will add up to 100%.

It might help if you view the poll results as they exist so far to see which category still needs a vote. Try to capture a screen shot when the percentages match up EXACTLY with the required responses. I may have a prize for the first poster to post an image showing each response with the correct percentage of votes. Maybe a membership or an internet cookie or something :slight_smile:
Can we all do it? I doubt it… but here we go!

I voted 20% which bumped us up to 19.something % then someone voted right after me and pushed us over 20%.

The easiest is for everyone to restrain themselves and only cast 50, 20, 15, 10 and 5 votes, respectively, so the total count adds up to 100.

Currently we need the following votes:
50%: 18 people.
20%: 9 people.
15%: 6 people.
10%: 3 people.
5%: NOBODY.

My suggestion for how to continue:
-If you want to vote for something with 5+ needed votes, just do it.
-If you want to vote for something with fewer than 5 votes, announce your intention to do so in a post, then do so 5 minutes later. Also check to make sure that nobody else is currently voting for that category.

If folks follow these rules, then 100 posters should be able to get us there.

Yes, this is the easiest way. The percentage numbers are calculated down to the hundredths of a percent, so being close won’t work.
