Okay-I did a search on kellibelli’s username and I have found out exactly why she overreacted so harshly to my rather mild expression of frustration about my mum.
Kelli I’m truly sorry about your mother, I can’t even begin to comprehend the pain you must be going through. I can see why you reacted the way you did.
But you can be assured that I really do love my mother very much and we are very close as I said. I really wasn’t dissing her, it is just everyday frustration.
I guess we should all know about each other more before we say stuff…

Guin, I have no problem with people living with their folks, its part of todays economy for a lot of people. I see the stuff you say about your sister and I cant help but think she must be incredibly unhappy. In her eyes you are probably pretty cool. Hard words and cruel deeds cant be undone, she shouldnt treat you so badly, but find a reason for her behavior, make friends with her.
I cant bear to see families fight, and you seem so smart and nice, I cant beleive there is no way to fix it. I sincerely wish you luck and happiness.
Re the cherios: I just was honestly appalled at the rampant hijacking in this thread. There was a time, when it was considered bad board ettiquette to take someon’s thread or rant and turn it into your own personal forum for preaching about alcoholics, twins, mental illness and fifty other things that were brought up. I wasnt mad at you.
Here are some computer ways to get back at your sister. Delete all her mp3s. With napster gone I bet she doesn’t have a source anymore. (If she does erase it.)
Also, if she uses the AOL Imer (AIM) as many teenage girls do, delete her buddy list. In order to do this you have to go into the Windows folder, find the file “aim95”, open it, and delete the folder that has her screenname.
Or, if you don’t use it, you could uninstall AIM altogether.
Also uninstall anything else she uses habitually that you can go without.
Then when she demands use of the computer, yield it gladly.
