husband home for the third time this week because of pain
my cousin because her SIL, me and a LAWYER told her what to do about her abusive, stalking ex boyfriend and she just cant deal with it…she wants someone to hold her hand. I cant do it anymore. She doesnt understand why it all should bother me…:mad::mad::mad::mad:-I am tired of her playing the “pity me” card. I’ve told her before to stop it.
Once the mail comes and I get some more papers to attempt to serve I’m outta here. If nothing else, go somewhere to cry.
I wrote the doctor about the husband (waiting to hear back) to get some sort of pill to temporarily get him back to work. He has back pain today. Sometimes its the foot, sometimes it the gout and sometimes its his ankle tendon. All genuinely things he is in pain for. No insurance doesnt do anything either. Even so, anything surgery that would help would put him in bed for who knows how long and in the mean time I will never get caught up with the bills again and we will lose our house----again. He was in bed for costocondritus, years ago, for 9 months in a row.
Its all too much for me right now. Shoot me, put me out of misery.
Rule #1 (as callous as it might sound): You have to take care of yourself first (Because no one else can/should/wants to).
Get out of town for the weekend. Go visit a friend in another state. By yourself. Beaches. No snow (ref your other thread :)). Recharge your batts. Leave SIL in charge of hubby. If the whole world collapses because you did, better to find out now. You can always shoot yourself later. Until you do. Then you can’t. But don’t.
The SIL is hers and was just part of the trio that cousin had to inquire to as what she should do…
my cousin FINALLY took matters into her own hands yesterday or Saturday not sure which but I sure hope she keeps her head on this time…
thanks for the advice though. I’d have to leave me phone behind but I’m pretty much on “call,” literally, 24/7 except for Christmas, Thanksgiving and voting day. Unless of course I apprise them of the break beforehand.
It gets old, pounding her head/brain with a hammer 1000 times a day. And that happens all in the course of a two 30 min+/- calls…at least the calls have subsided…
