Woohoo! Grades arrived in the mail today, and I got a 4.0 this semester! I’m up to a 3.1 overall now. If I keep it up, next lacrosse season I’ll be eligable or Academic All-American honors.
I can’t do justice to how excited I am throught text. A year ago, I was kicked out of the university for academic failure. I was diagnosed as depressed and got medical withdrawals from the semester and readmitted to the university upon academic appeal. I switched from engineering (which I was in for the money) to Secondary Education -English/Poli Sci (which I’m in because I love it.) To turn myself around like this is amazing to me.
