I posted in this forum when I was laid off. That was quite a while ago. Since then I’ve been looking for a new job for sure but I’ve had other issues to deal with as well.
Well, I finally found a new job, about as good as the one I left. In some ways better. I start on Monday.

It was serendipity. A manager from one of my old companies called me up and told me there was a position available for me if I wanted it. It took some time to sort out the details, especially since the job isn’t exactly what I used to do, but it looks like a good opportunity for me so I decided to take it. I always liked the people there anyway.
