My sweetheart and I bought a house, and possession date is today!!
I picked up the keys at noon, and took the afternoon off to start moving, and make sure everything is okay. We’re going to be moving all the big stuff on Saturday, when we’ll officially be moved in.
It’s a 10-year old modular in a small community called Clairmont, a couple minutes north of Grande Prairie, AB. It’s 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, all laminate except the bathrooms and laundry room, which are lino. It’s about 1362(?) sq.ft.
Oh, and on Sunday, we’re picking up a puppy!! She’s a Shih Tzu / American Eskimo(?) mix, and was born on Oct. 31, and her name’s going to be Chloe 
Do I sound like a 9-year-old kid talking about his trip to Disneyland?
Because that’s kind of how I feel right now… hehe
