Have fun with that tiny one, Silver Fire, they do grow up quickly. Take this advice from the mom of four, aged 22, 16, 13 and 8. They’re only little once and believe me…it’s the best time!

What’s really wild is that lil Alex Fire was born on my 22nd birthday, and the same day my sister-in-law made me an aunt for the first time - May 21st must be a truly auspicious day. Just warning you, we Taurus/Gemini cusps are a serious handful!

I don’t mean to disappoint you, Nacho, but Alex wasn’t born on your 22nd birthday. He was actually six days old at the time I posted the OP. Yeah, I’m retarded. And sleepy.

Yeah, yeah… I’m not so “little” anymore. :frowning: But I bought a bicycle and, as soon as my… southern region… doesn’t ache, I’ll be doing like a million crunches a day. I’m dying to wear jeans again.

I wrote Scotticher a letter today. With it I’ve included 2 pictures of Alex (NOT Alexander, just so we’re all clear). If Cheri has a scanner and is so inclined, she is more than welcome to share those pictures here.

Thanks to all of you for the well wishes. We’re doing great. Alex wakes up only once in the middle of the night and usually his Daddy will take care of him so I can rest. I’m in a good place right now; I feel really good both physically and emotionally. Well, I cry. At night sometimes, when I miss you all the most. :smiley:

P.S. Part 2 I forgot to mention in the OP that Alex was born at 6:27 (yes, :27… I got his birthdate AND the time wrong in the OP) after a mere 4 days (yes, days) of “pre-labor”, as the doctor’s so nicely described it, and 30 hours of hard labor. And everyone said to me, “So, do you still want to do it again?”
