And if you like the name Her Royal Highness, the Grand Duchess Anastasia to be a good name but feel “annie” isn’t right…perhaps Stacie or Stasia.

This has got to be the first time in all of the 26 years of my life that I have ever heard, not only my real name, but the real-life shortened version of my name, Stasia, suggested as a cat’s name.

I say cool, do it.

I always wanted to name a kitty Loki. Even a girl… however, be warned, I have a habit of naming my girl cats with male names - ie: Sebastian, Kero (short for Cerberus - long story). Dollop is cute. Cream. Daisy.

Oh! I know: Maus. Or, you know, Mouse.

I could swear I’ve seen the one at the top before, but where the kitten was being chased by little monsters.

Apparently God was angry and was going to kill the kitten.

I think it’s the one from “every time you masterbate, god kills a kitten”. I think.

I have a friend who is a HUGE nut for anything Russian in general and Anastasia in particular. Her cat is officially named Anastasia and we all call her Stasia.

So that’s pretty cool that it’s not only your official name but your demi name as well!
