I think I need to go to bed, because “Zoidberg” popped into my head.
And then “GIR”.
I think I watch too many cartoons.

Is anyone else seeing big freaky blobs instead of pictures??
Oh, and name her Tweek.
Did you say overdose?
WARNING! EXTREME CUTENESS ALERT!!!
I like Pie for a kitten’s name. As in Kitten Pie.
Who doesn’t love Pie? Pie is the symbol of all that is sweet and homey and flakily delicious. It’s a good name for a kitten.
However, you should know that she already has a name. It is Within and will reveal itself in all good time. You might think, for a while, that her name is Mittens or Bootsie, or what have you, but her True Name is Within and will make itself known at the right moment.
But I do think her True Name might just be Pie.
“What are you doing, you poopy doopy Pie? Where’s my Pie? Who’s my little Pie? Pie Pie bye bye, mommy will be home later for her sweet yummy Pie-Baby.”

Hooray for kitten overload!
She is a cutie buns for sure! Thanks for the pictures!
PinkMarabou I have that site bookmarked and use it for anytime I feel down. It sure does bring a smile! I just love kittens…
you can NEVER have too many kitten pictures!

I read awhile ago that cats can learn their names, but it works best if their names are short and bounded by hard consonants. Puck=good; Polyphony=bad. (For what it’s worth, neither of my cats Polyphony nor Sasha know their names).
Consider, for names:
Ampersand (it’s got a nice quick sound do it, and can be shortened to Amp).
The Gecko
Crowley
Jubal
Scrapple
Bonk
Daniel
I heard if you can name it with an “ie”, “ey”, etc. to make the E sound at the end, they respond better. It also has to be simple and easy to yell.
Example, my animals are named: Bella (Bellie), Chico (Chicki), Mia (Mi-Mi, but does respond to Meemer but not Mia - go figure, she’s our “Special” kitty). They like the E sound for some reason. YMMV of course.
Kittens…

I have known cats named…
JP (Jean-Pierre): my cat in high school. Black and white, friendly, but rather dim.
Gus the Purr-Ball: semi-wild cat that lived with an acquaintance for a while.
Steve: my friend’s cat. The coolest cat name.
Pud: our family’s first cat when I was little. Rhymes with ‘would’. Named after the sound made when his feet hit the floor.
Roumey: my sister’s cat.
I like Splort.
How about Pixel?
Aw! She looks like she’s been tip-toeing through milk. And she has stealth stripes. My Sydney has stealth stripes. He’s otherwise all black. He came with the name, too. My Aunt named him. She named him that so she could call him Syddie-Kittie. He doesn’t come when called, but if you waggle you fingers at about cat height and call “scritch kittie,” he’ll come position himself under the fingers.
Hmmm. Names.

She’s cute, whatever you call her.
Oh, God, she’s adorable! Must…resist…cuteness…
I’m sure you already know this, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention it–please don’t let her play with rubber bands unsupervised (I know she’s supervised that time, but you know what I mean). They can be deadly to cats if they’re swallowed.
“Kitten after a righteous bender.”
I don’t have any new name suggestions, but I had to let you know how cute your kitty is.
Inspired by the kitten-about-to-pounce-on-a-rubber-band picture:
What about Bandit? (Bandit)
By the way, Unnamed Kitten looks very much like my first-ever kitty:
The Puffiest Puff in the Land
The “bout to fall in” picture makes me think I’d call her Fuzzbutt.
My bro has picked the perfect mythological name for a little spirited kitty –
Loki.
Well, I want to thank everyone for their input on this matter. We’ve reached a decision.
The Kitten’s name is…Banshee.
I like it for several reasons.
-She’s black, so a dark spirit or something like that seems appropriate.
-She’s quite fast. She’s like a fricken bullet on 4 legs, and will take off like a shot if startled(which happens quite easily at times).
-She’s quite insane. But then again, all cats are…
-It’s an Irish name, and she looks like she has an “Irish” look about her. Not quite “Irish” hair, but still.
The only thing that doesn’t fit is that she doesn’t scream. In fact, she doesn’t meow either. She sqeaks, and that’s about it.
Or maybe it’s my delayed-St. Patrick’s day, Irish Heirtage outpouring since I forgot to get drunk and I failed in my quest to eat a leprecaun.
Two points to the first one who figures out where I got the phrase “Irish Hair”
Three points to anyone who helps me catch a leprecaun to eat.
Oh, and if anyone comes back tomorrow, I’ll post a few more pics I took today.
I actually didn’t realize the rubber band thing. I’ll try to remove them from her grasp, but that’s gonna be tough. She’s quite good at reaching pretty much anywhere.
Nice toliet caption though.
I could swear I’ve seen the one at the top before, but where the kitten was being chased by little monsters.
Apparently God was angry and was going to kill the kitten.
I love this one, but ti would be so hard to say quickly and keep the joke.
Besides, I’d be worried about all the cats in the neighborhood making giant photos of her and parading them down the street while wearing little uniforms…
