Jesse, I wasnt kidding about getting a dog. Dogs are chick-magnets for one thing. Something beautiful like a Great Pyrenees, if you have the room and can devote time to walking a big dog. They are loving and will get you outside your own needs and wants for a while. Good luck!

Absolutely. IMHO therapy is a two-way street and you get out of it exactly what you put into it. Its excruciatingly painful and hard work. If you want to get anything out of it that is.

Trust me, I know. I put in the work multiple times. It proved to be ineffective. I don’t know how else to put it.

I’ve already tried multiple therapists. Therapy doesn’t work. All that happens is you sit there and talk about bullshit and nothing ever changes.

I think the fact that you call it “talking about bullshit” might say a lot about how open you are to therapy in general.
