Had to explain schadenfreude to a daughter in light of this. “You mean like…,” mentioning a recent news story in which a Trump voter gets screwed by Trump, about which she had laughed.
“Exactly. It’s not Christian, but it’s evil fun. And very, very German.”
ETA: Girl has been coddled too long and needs to get in touch with her roots. And to stay out of Belgium.
Yes. Indeed. I was hoping to start a fun, if somewhat mean-spirited thread. I know the Orange Asshole won’t actually see my note, but given his ego it’s fun to imagine his reaction.
I apologize if my thread failed to impress you, but I hope you see the humor in your banal reply to proclaim the banality of my thread. You could, you know, ignore it.
If this is winning bigly I can see why we’re getting tired of it.

And it’s legal evil fun. Fewer and fewer evil fun things are as time goes.
Two months would be better, but I’m not that optimistic.
And, seemingly, the fun is less and less illegal, ripping the guts out of it. Comey isn’t The Hoove as boogymen go.
