I just slept with the girl I like!!!

Gotcha!

We literally slept together. I was one of 2 guys at a 12 person sleepover and I discovered how funny and fun girls are at 4 AM in a Tim Horton’s donut shop. After we got our pseudo-breakfast, we walked back home, and it started raining. So Danny and I (Danny being the girl I like) cuddled up to stay warm. When we got back, she ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag, with me as the very happy bagmate.

I love highschool!

Good to hear that things are better for you and the girl. You really ought to come by chat some more, you had us worried a bit.

There’s only one stitch… She has a boyfriend :(. Besides that, I just kinda let it happen. Oh, and today’s their one month anniversary  (Hey, it’s a big deal in grade 9 :))

You scared me there, Speak!

Hey, hey, not so much of that stuff, ok? Yeesh, crazy kids…

Curses, he’s getting more action than I am.

Speak, man, I’m proud of you, but I’m worried you might get hurt. Be careful; don’t expect too much.

Same here, and I’m married. I think I have to hate you now, Speaker.

Way to go, Speak! stuff like that is the best thing about being young, and I don’t mean that in a patronising way - I wish I could revisit those heady, simple pleasures. Enjoy it to the max, but don’t go getting hurt, ok?

I just really want to thank you, Speaker, for momentarily helping me remember the excitement and joy that comes from those kinds of situations. I actually got empathy-butterflies reading your post. Good luck!

I know it doesn’t mean anything, and actually, all the hurting’s over, basically. Danny’s promised not to do the one thing that would kill me to see - her and Carl making out in front of me.

Oh. my. god. This totally brings back memories. I recall what it was like when intimacy was so rare that even the smallest things were so breathtaking. Obviously as a happily married old hag I appreciate the things that come with long-standing intimacy and sharing a bed/life/house, but oh god, how sweet it was to just do those little things, little things that didn’t come often when one was living in one’s parents house, way back when.

I’m not trying to be patronizing, either. Just nostalgic and a little envious.

Awwww!
how amazingly adorable.

sniff

I love sweet happy stories!

You are such a stud.
