I love gummy candy!

And I’m scarfing it down like a starving gummy freak. I mean, even more starving a gummy freak than I actually am. You get the picture.

On my table there are wrappers for approximately 300g (about 10 ounces?) of gummy. I’ve finished all that in about 4 days.

Help.

In Germany and Austria, they sell the stuff in 1 kilo bags. drool

Tabby, step AWAY from the gummies. Back away slowly. Go easy, now… easy…

Mmmm. Gummies.

Get some li hing mui powder and sprinkle it on the gummies, and oooo…

Sweet and tart. Yum.

Does anyone else think that Sprite Remix tastes like gummies?

I love the gummi bears too! Why, I don’t know, but I do. Thank goodness for the Dope, no matter what we like there is usually someone else who shares out tastes.

You can buy a 5 pound bag at CostCo of Black Forest Gummy bears for $6. I put it out in a jar at my desk and between me and the people who stop by, it usually only lasts 5 days, so I am just as bad!

Ooh don’t forget the bucket of gummi worms! The sour ones that have one flavor on one end and another on the other!

I can’t believe I ate a whole bucket of the things… AND I STILL LIKE THEM!

Anyone ever had chocolate-covered gummi bears? Oh LAWD that sounds nasty, but they’re really good.

I’m so envious! It costs about 2 dollars for 175g (um, 0.4 pounds?) bag of Haribro gummies here. :frowning:

Anyone ever put gummi worms/bears in the freezer? They last longer! And they’re still oh-so-tasty. I haven’t actually tried it with the sour ones though.

Well, if we are speaking of guilty pleasures - I love the Japanese gummies in peach and melon. Hideously priced at $3.99 for 4.41 oz. at Media Play and I still can’t resist them.

Funny part is that the store doesn’t even know the name of them, it just says ‘Anime Candy’ on the price tag.

Ooo! Good idea.

I do that with grapes, slows the consumption of those, too.

I wonder… are those peach ones are better than the apricot/peach ones that are usually found in American candy stores? Ugh, I hate those. :frowning:

I grew up in Germany in the 1980’s… I have the feeling that country is the ancestral home of all things gummi (pronounced “goomee”). Gummi cherries, gummi cokebottles, …

OH GOD! Gummi cokebottles!!!

I’ve assisting a friend in the consumption of a FOUR POUND box of sour keys. I don’t think we’ll finish them before they go stale.

Reminds me of the time I went to Salzburg in december, and brought back about 2 kilos of the stuff.

Gone by the end of January.

Help me, I’ve just opened another 175g pack of them…ack

I must confess that I have a gummy addiction too…

Here it is Haribo.

While I am working on an essay I can easily consume two full bags of the StarMix without any trouble.

My favorite are the gummy coke bottles and the clear/green rings. Mmmm, I’m hungry just thinking about it…dammit!

must not succumb, must not succumb

Cheers,
Daphne

Mmmmmm Haribo gummies.

At the moment I can only buy them in the small bags of the wonderful gummies but I plan to search out sources and buy in bulk. I have just discoverd the wonderful HEB Central Market which stocks all kinds of Haribo goodness and not just the Gold Bears.

They never last long around me.

Hmmm!!

Gummy Kola!!

I put grapes in the freezer too!
