To be fair, she may have been on her way work (it was a little before 9:00 AM) and been wearing her normal work attire, and approaching me was just a spur-of-the-moment thing. The car did stop rather abruptly, so it could have been a JW driver who spotted me as he/she passed and quickly stopped and sent the passenger to speak to me. But yeah, I did think her manner of dress was rather unusual witnessing wear.
