In college, my roommate and I had a couple female friends leave the outgoing message on our machine. It apparently really freaks people out when the hear a pair of young ladies introduce themselves as “Tim and Paul”.
No, I wanted everyone’s opinions, but that was the most positive one. Everyone was saying how they didn’t like those kind of answering machines. Or I needed to grow up. Or that I value my machine over the job. So one person comes along who actually likes those kind of messages. Hence the POSITIVE.
And I just filled out the app Tuesday, so no word back.
