Oregano (if you’ve ever seen the Andy Griffith Show episode in which Sheriff Taylor keeps getting served spaghetti with that “secret ingredient” in the sauce, you can pronounce the word with the drawn-out exasperated drawl he uses)
DiMaggio (if you’re a baseball fan)
Toronado (a former Oldsmobile model)
Coronado (explorer)
Orono (home of the University of Maine Black Bears)
Ah, mustn’t forget Poirot either.
How about Doe? Maybe a play on Jane or John Doe? Like the poster Jane D’oh here?
Minnow Libro Medio (using it to mean middle) Alto (used to mean tall)
What about Lilo?
Alfredo
Aiko
Iko
Maybe TeAmo? (The Spanish phrase “I love you” squashed together)
On the same Spanish trail Regalo, meaning gift or joy?
I see someone took Monstro, so I left that one off but apologies if I repeat any others.
Topo Gigio - Probably better suited for a mouse Velcro - I actually had a cat named this. When she was a kitten she would attach to you rather quickly and you had to peel her off like Velcro. It wasn’t as original as I thought since I have seen a couple other cats with the same name. Annato - May be good for an orange cat. Nono - I have a cat named Nona (for 9) but it usually comes out “Nono! Don’t do that!”
