It occurs to me to wonder whether they thought they’d just insult people by insulting something a lot of us like; and then got taken aback, and didn’t know what to do, when instead of ‘How dare you not like XKCD!’ they got “Cite, please.” That may well not have been the grounds they expected to be fighting on.
well, in the greater scheme of things, CB50 was one of the redshirts on the Enterprise
I would never occur to me that it meant anything about coffee.
I hear alot about cold brew coffee here. The girls are addicted to it.
It’s sad how they plan trips to town just to get some.
This feels just about spot on:
(for those unfamiliar this 8 year old, named Tweak, drinks about 50 cups of coffee a day.
I reported him back in January for his language in the Alina Habba pit thread, specifically when he started riffing off of historic antisemitic slogans.
Some shit should be nipped in the bud.
I noticed that CB50 now has the “BANNED:TROLLING” title, which wasn’t there earlier today (as in, within the past hour). So it looks like he was officially banned, which shouldn’t be a surprise but it’s still welcome.
::sniff!:: ColdBrew, we hardly knew ye.
The Cold Brew is now room temperature and flat.
Ah, yes, I posted here in response to the banning without actually linking to it.
I’m good with that.
I, having just watched “The Sound Of Music” with my children, wish him “So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, good night” ( I like to show them movies I enjoyed at their age)
And with that, I will report this thread to be locked.
So long, Coldbrew!
I’m delighted. Now I can take the asshole off my ignore list.
Since Coldbrew has been banned, I’ll close this.
