I won’t comment on the parking thing, because I’m still not sure exactly what the OP is doing, in what circumstances, but I’ll offer this as a general life rule:

When you do things that inconvenience other people, they will, very often, become annoyed at you. Part of learning how to live and work with other people, especially in close quarters, is learning how to stay out of one another’s way.
