Why do they have to go around blowing themselves up and others and slice off peoples heads in the name of Allah. I’m not keen on evil people of other faiths or non faiths, but since I’ve referred to Allah, I’ll refer this OP just to muslims.

Thanks for the parody. I also pit Evil Muslims. I would think anyone who believed in the Islamic Hell would act in such a way to avoid such a fait. But even though killing of people of the book is expressly forbidden (and the question as to whether Jews and Christians count as people opf the book is open to interpretation) there are a few fanatical Muslim extremists who happily murder Jews Christians and Muslims as part of their political agenda. I also pit those Muslims who applaud the actions of the Muslim extremists who will do such a thing.
I personally have known many followers of Islam, buit have never met one within the groups I described above. In fact I have rarely met a Muslim whose actions conform to anything close to what I would call Evil. In fact the worsest from my point of view was a discussion with a dear friend and Muslim fundamentalist, when he said that only Muslims who answer the call to Allah go to heaven, every one else goes to hell. I asked him “then does that mean a person who lives a life of goodness but is Christian will go to hell?” he answered yes, to which I asked “how is that just or merciful, both major attributes of Allah and Islam?”.
His only answer was tha “Allah knows and is just, all people receive the truth of Islam, and only those who refuse to believe and refuse Allah do not become Muslims”. That answer I saw as unreasonable, and the idea that Allah confines good people to hell I found to be an evil idea.

I pit Evil Dopers, particularly anyone who is so bold as to put “Evil” in their very name. Why do they have to go around constantly telling everyone how evil they are? I’m not keen on evil people on other boards, but since I’ve referred to The Straight Dope, I’ll refer this post just to members.

This is exactly the same answer I am giving the other thread. There are so many evil people of this religion, because they worship the words of an evil book. Looking throught the torah/bible/koran, I was struck by how many examples there are of good punishing people far out of comparison to their crimes, rediculous prohabitions, and zenophobia.
