I generally almost never drink hard liqour but have been really enjoying Ketel One greyhounds (always made w/ freshly squeezed grapefruit juice) lately!!!

The Ketel One part dosent seem nearly as important as the freshly squeezed juice, its just the brand that happened to be on sale…

I rarely like gangster movies, but I do like Casino.

I rarely like songs about musicians*, but I do like “American Pie” and “Drift Away”.

I rarely like movies about showbiz*, but I do like S.O.B and Living in Oblivion.

*I just disapprove of that sort of artistic onanism on general principles.

I rarely like bluegrass or country music in general, but I do have an embarrassingly large Alison Krauss collection.

I rarely like violent movies, but I do like Quentin Tarantino’s movies.

I rarely like opera, but I do like Wagner.

I rarely like skapunk, but I do like Authority Zero.

I rarely like Miracle Whip, but I do like how this one cafe in my neighborhood makes these fantastic chicken salad wraps with Miracle Whip instead of mayo. It’s the only food I’ve ever come across where that distinctive Miracle Whip tastes enhances the flavors of chicken and chopped veggies that are in the wrap.

I generally don’t like violent, gory films, but I love Seven.

I never like Ben Stiller…but I did love Zoolander

A lot of obnoxiously over-the-top male comedians eventually do an “artsy” movie, in which they play a quiet introvert, to show that they have range beyond their usual man-child personas. On that note…

I rarely like Jim Carrey, but I do like “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.”

I rarely like Will Ferrell, but I do like “Stranger Than Fiction.”

I rarely like Adam Sandler, but I do like “Punchdrunk Love.”
