And now Deanna will have to turn tricks behind the pharm and even worse, Michael is gonna start SLINGING OBITS to put cheese and crackers in Merrie and Robin’s mouths and it’s all because the Von Meanies don’t like the bayyyyyybeeeess.
I read this one strip where the Evilkopfs were bitching about Merrie and Robin’s stank backyard baby pool with a dead frog and 7 years worth of accumulated pond scum. So eeeeeeeevil.
Also last week Mama wore a fuzzy sweater with frock me boots and Daddy Trains had to push her ass up into the restaurant which is why women should never wear frock me boots ever ever ever.
This strip has turned into a delicious slice of awful. I can’t wait till Warren gives Liz syphilis and Anthony anvils in to save the day.

Lately, the strip has been so predictable that the only good thing about it is reading all the snarky comments in this thread and the other livejournal communities.
My bet is that Liz will end up with Warren, after finally noticing that he’s been the one patiently waiting for her, and being there for her.
But I hate the way Elly and John have been about her relationship with Paul - first Elly sets her up with him, encourages it. Yes, of course, he’s Mr Wright/Right! Then, when Paul’s not around during Liz’s trial, Elly and John shitcan him for not being around and John even notes in his letters that he thinks Anthony’s a better option. WTF? Bloody hypocrites!

IMHO, Liz is a jerk. If you review her behavior over the last six years, it becomes apparent that Liz is a manipulative brat with a short fuse who actively tried to keep Anthony’s interest, even after he married. She always treated Paul and Warren badly, withholding affection and attention for long periods, then giving short bursts of it before withdrawing again.
Liz was also hung up on Anthony throughout her relationships with Paul and Warren. In one strip, she was shown to keep a framed photo of Anthony right next to a photo of herself and Warren. The pictures were next to a bunch of beefcake pinups and the strip made it clear that these were the men Liz had romantic/sexual feelings for (no pics of family or friends). Her desire to move back south emerged immediately after she found out Anthony was divorced.
Anthony and Liz deserve each other.

Anthony has been built up over the last few years as such a wonderful man in the eyes of Elly and John. Lynn will not fail to reward his “suffering.”
Well, it looks like Gary is thinking she should take more interest in Warren. She won’t trust him when he’s away from her (because of Paul) and he will break up with her once and for all. She will run to Anthony.

Sattua, it’s funny you should mention but now that Jodi has drawn my attention to the trainwreck, I was thinking of starting a daily FBOFW bitch post on my blog. But I do a lot of projects on my blog and don’t keep up with them so I’m afraid of starting something I can’t finish.
Plus, like I said, it only caught my attention because Jodi has posted on it before and I’m trying to catch up on 8 years of not having a print newspaper.

Okay all you Anthony haters - He has never cheated on any girlfriend/wife (and he didn’t destroy his marriage, his wife did, and maybe she turned him into the milquetoast he’s become). He saved Liz from that leecherous creep (maybe Liz could have handled him herself, but timing is everything) and he doesn’t push the issue with Liz (anymore). There is nothing wrong with being a nice guy. If he shaves, will some of you get off his back?
Paul was too creepy at the beginning. Warren would be my choice, but there’s nothing wrong with Anthony

And as for today, I figured Warren knew what was going on. He’s immediately pushing to get back together too. That would turn me off. I would have chosen Warren, but now it looks more and more like Anthony will be the winner.

I disagree with Anthony not cheating. He was in lurve with Liz the whole time-a one-sided emotional affair is still awful to deal with. “Oh, my husband’s in love with someone else but I don’t care because he’s not physically cheating on me!”
