So, just for jollies I did the vanity search that COM2Kid suggested, and one of the first sites that came up was entitled “can you pass the 8th grade?” from some other forum. The debate was actually about standardized testing and the like, but given the incoherent gibberish of the OP, I thought that it was hilarious!

First off, you have to question the motives of those who supposedly “found” those boards (have you even checked???) and then look at the context where the code is actually used. It doesn’t even take much skill to realize that the vb code was added much later on, if not at the time of “discovery” itself.
You need to do some research before you can move out of the sandbox.

As for the motive of those who found it, it was discovered by a hardcore computer scientist who was looking to prove that HTML and VB did not exist at the same time. His life was forever changed by the discovery, although he was thereafter shunned by the computer scientific comunity. He now knows the inner peace and freedom, and you can too, Opal, if you just open your heart to the truth, and it will set you free.
