I had a go at that, though it’s difficult to work with such a low-resolution image. I made the background transparent.
Perhaps you can find a better one by searching for images on google.

I actually wasn’t sure I’d actually change anything, as I just wanted to see what you came up with. But, especially with the alpha channel, I kinda like it and want to give it a shot.
Gone will be my hint at my name elsewhere, though.

Hmmm. I like it, but I’m not sure it quite works at the normal size you see these - you can’t make out his eyes.

Such a dumb rule. It made some sense to forbid uploading images when that made a difference in what users saw, but now it’s just an annoyance.

I fooled around with my avatar at great length, and in the end, decided not to change it (much). However, I changed it on a different site and also found an image for my background card.
