I worked at a Baskin=-Robbins off and on during high school and college. By far, the most popular flavor (not counting Vanilla which was heavily used for cakes and milkshakes and sundaes and such), was Pralines ‘n’ Cream. We processed an order every 2 weeks. Typically we’d get 12 tubs of Pralines ‘n’ Cream. By comparison, the most we’d have on other popular flavors was 4-6.
Pralines ‘n’ Cream is my favorite as well.
It didn’t appear to even make the OP’s top 25. One of us is living in Bizarro world.
Of the choices, I’d select French Vanilla, but there was this great ice cream place near where I vacationed with my sisters and my nieces and nephew. I had their banana and salted caramel ice cream. Oh my God was it good. I had the banana twice.
Nice to see I’m not the only butter pecan fan out there, but I’ll take just about any ice cream offered to me. Well, maybe not Rocky Road, not a marshmallow fan.
I voted for chocolate, but there are so many variations on chocolate. My favorite ice cream is World Class Chocolate from Baskin Robbins. It’s a mix of white and dark chocolate, and it is perfection.
Chocolate, preferably with cherries and pecans, or oreos, or M&M’s, or brownies, or…
but yeah, chocolate.
A local church recently had an ice cream social featuring 30 different flavors, all homemade. IMHO the best was vanilla ice cream with chunks of red velvet cake. Truly heavenly. Now if they would only make it with chocolate ice cream.
I picked pistachio but I feel that could change at any given time. I just love so many flavors, chocolate and vanilla are probably my least favorite. That might be weird, I don’t know.
I ended up picking plain chocolate, because I love it. All the other I might have picked, with one or two exceptions, have chocolate as an ingredient, like mocha, or peanut butter and chocolate, or mint chocolate chip.
Almost fifty years ago, when I was eight years old, the first Baskin-Robbins in our town opened. My mom took me there and I was so entranced by all the choices I couldn’t make a choice, and finally picked plain chocolate. My mom had been ready to drag me out of the place.
