Identify an old song, please

kaylasmom has this evening begun half-remembering a song that she heard when she was a little girl.

She was playing with her guide dog, Valor (who’s just a big puppy at heart), and talking to him in baby-talk. This led to her singing a little ditty her grandmother used to sing to her, a silly bit of sing-song doggerel that went:

Ce-ment mix-er,
Putt-tee, putt-tee!

For some reason, she feels she should be associating this with Fats Waller (I told you it’s an old song). Does anyone have any idea what this song is, and where we might find it?

Thanks, in advance.

“Cement Mixer (Putti Putti)” by Slim Gaillard.
