It gets a bit confusing, because obviously its not forceful rape, and consent is clear, since the clone would have the same inclinations and proclivities… Some judges around the world have said that incest may well be unbanned.
But moralists then say “but that erodes the incest laws… when clones have sex with each other, identical twins will have sex with each other, and then brothers will copy them, and then sisters will have sex with brothers”… The slippery slope will be slid down !
As for incest… there are questions… some people are so comfortable with touching each others bodies… What if two identical twins are so comfortable with each other they even wash each others genitals.
In some places sex is defined as penetration. So identical twin boys can masturbate each other and that is not incest, but lesbian twins would be committing incest ?
What about the twins having sex with twins in porn… what if one sister touches the other and it seems to be penetration ? The state laws usually refer to penetration, so that seems to be incest, although all she was putting some lube in or retrieving a lost condom ?
No matter, it seems the incest laws are all about blood similarity, so the moralist will win by default… the incest law will not go away. In the foreseeable future, the clone will be grown as baby (artificial womb or natural), and so the donor will be treated as if the biological parent or sibling - not important to define exactly which, as the incest law doesn’t care.
It makes you a homosexual. And it makes your clone a homosexual too by way of the transitive property. “The transitive property” being the term cloners use to refer to their man junk.

I say, bisexual. Unless one was already gay, in which case it confirms it. Or reaffirms it. Whichever.
There is no way I am boning my clone, or he me. So I don’t care. For the rest of you, there must be consideration for the possibility that the clone is seen as a newborn child and you have committed statuatory rape. However if you make two clones of yourself and they do it will become a matter for the juvenile courts. Clearly the future is a very complicated place.
