If you had to eat at one of these fast food places for the rest of your life, which would it be?

I eat the peanuts, and I’ve seen a lot of other people eating peanuts. It’s late, I’m hungry, and roasted salty peanuts are pretty tasty.

I like Five Guys, but I’ve never eaten at any of the others. If I had to choose one fast-food place, it would be Bojangles, because biscuits are good any time. And they have Bo Berry Biscuits.

I only order carryout online and have never had that issue.

Not sure if this is a crack at obesity or class, but the biggest limiting factor to me for 5 Guys is that it’s probably the most expensive fast food place. At least it’s twice the price of a McDonalds type place.

Also, I understand when people say “burger-only” they mean no chicken or fish, mostly. However, 5 Guys has hot dogs, grilled-cheese, vegetable sandwich, BLT, etc on the menu, and if you really want to you can order a salad as long as you don’t mind limiting it to burger toppings- which isn’t that much different than most fast food salad options.

Though I voted In N Out, Culver’s would be my vote for variety’s sake, except for the lack of a breakfast menu. I wasn’t entirely sure if the OP literally meant every meal for the rest of my life or if I only had one fast food place I could go to for the rest of my life, which would it be. (Not that the question was unclear, I just answered with more the second reading in mind.) Part of what makes In N Out so good is their small menu and perfect hamburgers. But, yes, I would get sick of them every day. Taking the question as literally as possible, I think I would go with McDonald’s, of all places, for their variety. Like I said, though, I would pick Culver’s if they had a breakfast menu.

The only on I’ve ever tried is Five Guys. OK once a year or so, but I wouldn’t want to eat it even weekly.

All of you need to try BGR. I don’t eat burgers, but I love that place!

I wonder whether Subway/Jimmy Johns/Firehouse/Et Cetera counts as fast food.

kinda far away.

if you order your food and pick it up at the counter, I’d say it qualifies.

I prefer Fatburger to In-N-Out because Fatburger has the superior fries. I also like that they’re not afraid to put salt and pepper on the patty when they’re cooking it.

But is the question ‘If you could only eat fast food from one of these places, and not eat food from anywhere else, for the rest of your life, which would it be?’, or is the question about being able to eat normally, but you may only eat fast food from one of these places?

However, they have poor customer service, and they have never, ever, gotten my order right.

after I don’t know how many times reading people online sing the praises of In-n-out, I went to one in Vegas. Thought the burger was OK, but man, did the fries suck.

Some love the fries, since they are so fresh. I am not one of them, but if you ask for the fries extra crispy, they are better.

Yeah, as an In N Out lover, I still think their fries kind of suck, even extra crispy. There’s plenty of places I go to that have freshly made, hand-cut fries around here, and they’re great. I don’t know if it’s the potato they use or what, but they are surprisingly disappointing.

It’s the first. You can never eat ANYTHING ever again but food from the FF joint you pick.

Well, factoring OUT location considerations (even though it is a poll option) and just going with the OP, I’d pick Whataburger.
I checked Five Guys, In-and-Out’s, and Whataburger’s menus, and only Whatburger had breakfast offerings in their menu.
Didn’t look at the menus for the others.

Only one we have here is Five Guys, but I’ve heard rumors that a Whataburger might be coming. I’ve had Whataburger in other places when traveling so I would probably go with that.
