I am none of the above but I logged in as “Ben” and now there are 2 Bens playing.

None of those are my name but I renamed the other players Butthead, Dickweed, and Moron on my computer.
Oooh, how do you rename them? I don’t like Pauline. She’s got an attitude.
I renamed mine to my grandmother’s bridge group, and I renamed myself, too, so the foursome will always be together:

Twicks click on options and you’ll see the three names. You can change ‘em there. Right now I’m playin’ with Prudence, Baron von Druschauer, and Pearlie Mae. Sometimes Queen Tchartrina of Romania, Miss Scarlett, and Goober drop in. It’s fun!
I’m okay with Pauline, Ben, and Michele. They’ll do as well as any other. The fourth is my wife’s initials. Every time I lose, I get to say, “Oh, dear, you lost again. You’re not very good at this game, are you?”
That’s pretty much what I did, except you were much nicer with your naming scheme than I was.
I named them Me, Myself, and I. Why not?

Well, my RL name is Ben. And yes, this name is a curse when it comes to Hearts.
If I absent-mindedly log on as Ben, the program just carries on as if nothing is amiss. I don’t usually notice the duplicated name while I’m playing the hand, simply because I never look at the names. But I do notice it at the end of the hand when the scorecard comes up. The name ‘Ben’ appears twice, without any sort of clue as to which one I am. This is somewhat bothersome.
But I still have problems even if I give myself another name. When the scorecard comes up, I often spot ‘Ben’ immediately and assume its my score, without even looking at the other column headers. The only way to avoid this is by changing the computer player’s name to ‘Admiral Poobottom’ or something.
So please, please, please spare a thought for us unfortunate Bens, and give generously when your local collector calls. Thank you.
My name is Ben and when I sign in as me, I play with Pauline, Michele, and Kendra. I suspect that I renamed the duplicate a long time ago and then forgot about it.

Update: I’ve renamed the other players to swampy, Hall Briston, and Kythereia. Hope at least one of you will hear me when I start screaming “S/he’s going to shoot the moon, you asshole! Take a trick!”
See, I always try to shoot the moon, but my luck always ends me up with either a single heart or the queen of spades. So no worries from me there. 
I wish I could get the ‘Hearts’ & the ‘FreeCell’ and the ‘Solitaire’ games on my Linux Box. They seem to belong to Billy G and all I get for games on Linux is a bunch of silly kids versions of the games. I think the ones on Windows are the best versions.
The rendering of card games on my Ubuntu machine is ‘sucky’ but all pictures and other graphics are great…
