I'm going to do it!

Yay!

Whilst checking this out (I thought it was Donner, not Donder), I found this. It reckons that the original rhyme was written by Major Henry Livingston, Jr. (1748-1828) in 1807 and called - Account of a Visit from St. Nicholas.

BTW, Donner means thunder in German and Donder means thunder in Dutch.

Meh, wake me when we have an ultra-vixen.
Why are we still in this valley? I thought we’d be beyond it by now.

Well, I, for one, welcome our new Supervixen over[del]lords[/del]ladies.

… on second thought, maybe I should just leave that line alone.

Welcome to the Dope, Becky G., Supervixen !!

It’s considered good form to stroll the halls with a silver tray laden with the finest chocolates.

I’m not talking cheap silver, either. And need I mention we’re talking extremely fine chocolates.

Cartooniverse

Silver trays of chocolates, yes, but make sure you head first for the Hall of the Mods. Never hurts to suck up now and then.

Oh, and welcome to the Dope!

Don’t say that, you’ll only get them excited and we’ll have to hose them down again. You know what they’re like.

And when you come back, please, for the love of og, under no circumstances bring pie!

(well, okay, a little)

Oh, yeah, like they don’t like being hosed down!

Welcome, Becky G. Supervixen!
