So, I’m wrangling in a new Doper. After sending funny and insightful threads, she’s finally going to cave in (along with a healthy dose of my wit and charm…yeah, they’re there, smartass).
She’ll be reading this thread, as well. That’s because I’m going to email it to her. She’s trying to grapple with a user name, so we’ll see how it goes…

I like it when we get advance notice like this. Gives us time to prepare for a proper welcome, rather than these impromptu “Do you have the goat? You were supposed to get the goat! No, I had the squid, you had the goat. And where the hell is the Lonk?” situations. Let us then prepare proper initiation quarters! I’ll check our stock of lube…
