Man, if it wasn’t a Thursday night, I’d go to see Cho as well. Unfortunately, my Thursdays are permanently and almost-irrevocably booked until Doomsday, er, I mean, ‘August’.

What kind of food do you want? I must advise you that I am not really a foodie, but there’s a reasonably-decent Indian buffet, “Sangam”, at the corner of Bay and College (at least there was last time I went there, I’ll have to check).

Hey hey kung fu lola and sunspace - I was born in Toronto, raised in Peterborough, but can’t honestly claim to have actually grown up anywhere (or yet)
As per Sangam, I drove by it a couple of weeks ago, so it is probably still there, but for East Indian food, if you haven’t been to Sheri Pubjab on the Danforth (east of Broadview, just west of the Chester subway stop) then you should check it out.
The Indian restaurant you just mentioned sounds good.
