Sorry to blow my own trumpet but I just solved a relatively obscure problem in one go. I’m always doing that.
The call centre staff are trying to create a new account, They get an error “No match for entered strings”
They send me a screenshot, I take one look, say “try removing the single quote mark from the last name”. Success. I didn’t know that would be the cause, it was just a feeling.
The call centre are always ringing me for various computer related problems (that seems the wrong way round, 
) and I’m always solving them.
Now to get back to self-loathing.
