Zenster: Nope, it’s Rasa as in the Sanskrit word for “sap of life” (well it means a whole bunch of things in Sanskrit, but that’s the best one…) but I get that a lot. Be seeing you Saturday! Oh, we’re bringing some kind of brownies (double chocolate gran mariner brownies with chocolate grenache sauce, says oldscratch over my shoulder).

Well, we went to Marin County this morning, drove up Highway 1 (oh my GOD, don’t let a kid with no license drive on Highway 1… uh that would be him not me driving) went Muir Beach, and Muir Forest, so I got to see the Pacific Ocean and redwoods! The Golden Gate Bridge was pretty cool too. I like fog. Fog is neato! Then we drove back down Highway 1 (again, harrowing, especially since it was getting dark…) and came back to San Jose where he’s housesitting, and now he’s making me dinner! Not too bad… 
Oh and I have to comment on one very, very odd thing I saw today. The fucking seaweed is HUGE! I thought it was some kind of sea serpent and it scared the heart outta me! I mean, we have seaweed in RI but not like THAT! Ooo, and Marin County smells NICE. It smells like eucalyptus and bay and cedar and all sorts of nice stuff. I wanna live near there just for the smell!

Nym, it definitely was NOT the purple stuff and the bag. That’s all I’ll say. Actually, we’ve used 3 now.

Oh, and did I mention? I let scratchie bleach and dye my hair. OUCH! My poor scalp. So last night I was a bleach blonde, and today, my hair is bright, fiery red! It’s… interesting. He really wanted blue, but I went for a more natural freak of nature color. So now I have anime hair!
