Ooh! Ooh! Somebody mentioned this guy in another thread, but Max Carnage’s post reminded me: the SUV/Land Rover commercial where the girl pulls up to the toll booth, and the toll guy is instantly smitten: “Take me with you!”
I’d be like, “Honey! Get in the car!” He is gawgeous.
Another truck commercial, from the manufacturer featuring their own engineers: the guy with the beard and glasses looks like he’s going to try to jump a raised bridge in the truck (IIRC he’s got a trailer, too). Of course he stops just in time and the announcer says something about how smart their engineers are. He looks into the camera, his picture pulls back and turns into a print ad, complete with drafting-type penciled drawings of the vehicle. That guy is just so stunningly sexy, yeeowza.
There was a TV commercial a year or two back; I think it was for a financial company or something. It was a head-shot of this girl, and she was making funny faces. The one that I recall was like a squirrel-face, where she sucked in her cheeks so her front teeth stuck out. And she had a lot of freckles.
Anyway, no idea what they were advertising, but that image stuck with me so much that I made her the model for the main love-interest in the (godawful) novel I’m writing. Anyone else remember this ad?
If you think she’s beautiful now, you should have seen her before she ‘went Hollywood’. She was one of the most gorgeous women I’d ever seen, and I was surprised to see how she’s changed since her days on YTV in Canada. She had long curly hair and looked like an Indian Princess. Now she sorta looks - eh. News-anchor-ish.
Currently, I’ve had this weird attraction to the girl in the magazine ads for “Parents: The Anti Drug”. I don’t know why, I guess the hair and violet eyes just really is attractive to me. Now if she could just get rid of the rebel look, we’d be perfect together…

You are so right. The girl in that commercial is so tasty. Any girl that can dance like that…WWWhhhhooooo… can rock my world any day!!! I too run into the room when I hear that commercial come on!
I hate the song, too. I wish they would invent Tivo that can go back in time, so I could go back and push the mute button before the commercial even starts, so I don’t accidentally hear one second of it. I don’t want the car to crash though - they would die too quickly.
