i'm thankful for...

Thanksgiving is around the corner and its a time to be thankful for all the great things in your life even if there are only a few.

Let’s see… i’m thankful for: Turkey, friends, family, time off, the weather, the way the rain hits the roof sounding so perfect, the smile that crosses my face when i’m having a good time, laughs that escape a persons mouth when something funny is said, my life in general, happiness of living in america, God and his greatness, freedom, love, parties, and celebration.

I’m thankful that I have shoes to wear on my feet. I’m sure I’d be a very different person today if I couldn’t take one single step for granted.

I’d have never found Wilson.

Wilson?

Wilson!!!

Just kidding.

I thank dead people for buying graves before they die. They take up land which would otherwise have a burger king sitting on top of it, peddling flame broiled burgers with yellew cheese and onions. Then of course you need a drive-thru and bang- impervious surface issues spring up and storm water maintenance becomes a “core” problem. The cycle never ends.

I’m thankful for having the opportunity to go back to school, especially since I’m enjoying it so freaking much! Couldn’t have made a better choice.

I am thankful for my little angel girl! She brings me so much unconditional love and light! It’s pure joy to have her in my life and also a challenge.

I’m thankful for my wonderfully loving, romantic, sexy, handsome SO who brings more love into my life. Also, his nine year old son who makes me smile with his sense of humor.

I’m thankful for my mother, she’s been so helpful with the situation I’m in. Don’t know what I’d do without her. And she gave me the chance to be here.

I’m thankful for the wonderful therapists and teachers who work with my daughter daily, teaching and guiding her to where she needs to be. They are amazing people! Truly, they are full of kindness.

I’m thankful for the friends that share in my life even when the going gets tough. They bring me friendship, laughter, and good times.

I’m thankful I’ve got a roof over my head, clothing on my back, and food to eat. I may not be rich in monetary terms but I’m rich with love and living.

FIRE!

I mean…
bread

I knew somebody was eventually going to bring up therapists and/or fire.
I’m thankful it’s not the same person.
