I live like a 5-7 minute drive from Vienna Metro (and, FWIW, like a 10-minute drive from Dunn Loring Metro), so any metro station near you . . . I can be there with no problems.
PLD, the line I’m closest to is the Orange line. Really, I can be at whatever metro station is most convenient for you . . . and basically whenever you want (within reason. I refuse to get up at 6 to get to a metro station in Weehauken , New Jersey).
I hereby unvolunteer to bring anything that requires me to be over 21.
Don’t worry, Pun…I’m bringing 2 6-packs of bottles, and possibly 3. And RT is bringining some…we’ll be fine on the over 21 beverages.
pun, I’ll e-mail you with my phone number and e-mail, and if it turns out Bluemonchichi can’t make it, just let me know and I’ll pick you up. I can pick you up at Vienna; if I’m going up the Inner Loop to hit 95, it’s more-or-less on the way. (It’s just as well–I hate the Outer Loop through Maryland and the wretched WW Bridge. NTTAWWT.)
I’ll bring veggie burgers (for as many people that want them ), some homemade guacamole, and tortilla chips. And maybe beverages, although RT and Falc appear to have that mostly covered.

Oh, I’m sorry, is this one of those casual, if-you-live-in-the-area-you’re-automatically-invited kind of things?
I would love to get together with some other dopers, but hubby has to work all weekend, and quite frankly, I don’t care for football (that’s the one where they try to get the puck over home plate before anyone else crosses the finish line, right? ).
But next time you all are getting together somewhere, I would like to come.

It looks like my GF and I can show up on Sunday. We will have to leave the gathering early–we have to get down to the Inner Harbor by mid-afternoon. But it will be nice to stop by and meet some of the people behind the names on the SDMB, even if only briefly.
FWIW, we can offer a ride up to Dave’s (but not back) for Dopers from the NW suburbs of DC (Metro stops at Grosvenor through Shady Grove on the Red Line).
Hey everyone. It looks like I won’t be back in time on Sunday to make it. 
I am still trying to schedule so I can be there later in the afternoon if possible. Sometimes life really gets in the way of having fun. I hope to meet you all this weekend, but if I don’t I will make sure to be at the next event in the area.
