In A Mirror, Darkly - Part II [Star Trek Enterprise SPOILERS]

[Kara] “Dream and dream, what is dream?” [/Kara]

You know, on this board, with this topic, I should have known exactly where that comment would go…

… and I see I wasn’t disappointed!

For the love of Q

I got the latest DVD yesterday and watched it today and wasn’t that impressed with the episodes. With that being said, Empress Sato made them worth my while despite preferring our universe’s Hoshi. The coverall and ponytail are so much hotter than the halter top and glamour 'do.

The panties and negliges, on the other hand…

Were damned cheap looking. Wal-Mart, not Victoria’s Secret.

Is there a thread for tonight’s episode?

The TV at work is about fifteen feet away so I never got a great look and I wasn’t looking at the clothes anyway.

I think I saw a thread further down the forum but I’m not entirely certain.

More here :frowning:

Don’t blame me, I voted for Kang.

Does that work chronologically? Was Kodos old enough in “The Conscience of the King” to have killed Hoshi?

How much later than the “present” is 2246?

ENT is in the 2150s

The Tarsus crises was 2246

TOS begins in 2265
Seems to be a nit, unless Hoshi was over 100.

She’d be ancient but it could happen. Some humans today live to be 110 or older and medical science is going to make it easier for more and more to do so.

We also have the McCoy precedent, even though it was two hundred years in Hoshi’s future.

I want to post, “Even as it dies, they try and tie it to ‘real’ Trek with name dropping”, but that would be tacky.

^ :dubious: ^

At least the on-screen biographies each include a picture of Archer and Hoshi young and just as we know them. Not old, or at the end of the NX-01 mission, or ambassadorship, or presidency, or at some other important point in life - but just as we see them now in season 4. And Archer is even scowling. Ah, it’s like old times!

From the bio:[ul][]Yeah, born in “Upstate New York” is what I want written on my bio. Not anything as silly as an actual city.[]“Charming; bold; a born explorer.” :dubious:Jonathan Archer grew up dreaming of the day when he would get to go “where no man has gone before.” ;)[/ul]

Hillary Duff?

Or possibly this
[sub]… runs for cover …[/sub]

At least that thread is funny. :stuck_out_tongue:

“Archer seemed to leap from one career to another as he…”

Oh, boy!
