Check your local paper to see if anyone has ever been killed in a car crash on that street. Find a pic of a cute little kid online. Make a poster with that kid’s picture and the name of the victim. Backdate it a couple of weeks ago. Paste it to the lamp post (high up), and place a few candles and teddy bears on the ground around it.
