Inspired by Sophie, howzabout a Valentine's Day Dopefest?

First of all, there are several birthdays in February. thinksnow has one, as do I. That should be reason enough. And since a lot of people hate Valentine’s Day, why not celebrate it with some beloved Dopers instead? I know some of us were planning on attending UncleBill’s MiamiDope, but I know that, for financial reasons, I probably wouldn’t be able to attend. So I’m proposing a Midwestern, There’s-A-Tear-In-My-Beer-Because-It’s-Valentine’s-Day Dopefest to take place in Louisville, KY (if someone has a better idea for a location, feel free to post it). Since Valentine’s Day actually takes place on a Thursday next year, I propose the weekend immediately after. February 15-18.

Geeze Superdude, it seems like you’re planning a Dopefest every week. How many of these things have you been to? You must be the ultimate Doper. :slight_smile:

Actually, Tokiwoki, my dear, I’ve only been to three. Two ChiDopes and OhDope. But I want more! Ideally, I’d like to meet every Doper, but I realize that’s just not feasible.
