Anaamika, I’m glad to hear you received them.
When I came in this morning, a package from Biffy the Elephant Shrew was on my desk. I was very happy. I can’t wait to read it, and I’m really looking forward to listening to the CD.
Since this thread seems to have picked up a bit, I’ve got a few more books to list:
-
No Touch Monkey! And Other Travel Lessons Learned Too Late by Ayun Halliday.
It’s paperback, and in very good condition. There’s the tiniest bit of dog-earing in the upper right corner of the cover. -
Adobe Acrobat 5.0 Classroom in a Book by the staff of Adobe.
It’s a paperback in nearly-new condition. Unfortunately, the CD-ROM that was included is missing. If I find it, I’ll send it along, but don’t hold your breath. We’re using Acrobat 6.0 now, so this book is pretty much useless to me now. -
How to do Everything with Adobe Acrobat 5.0 by Dough Sahlin.
It’s a paperback and in good condition. It’s a little askew. Some time erect on a bookshelf ought to straighten it out, though. If it weren’t for it being a bit mishapen, it’d be in nearly-new condition.
flails Dear Lord, this is like crack. JerH, I’ve emailed you my mailing address. Desperate Welfie…ah, I’d love to take Princess Bride and the Pendragon Cycle off your hands, as I’ve been looking for both of them for a while and my library has neither.
Here’s the few that I’ve got here:
-
The Three Musketeers, Alexandre Dumas. Translation by Lowell Blair.
-
This Side of Paradise, F. Scott Fitzgerald.
-
The Ramayana. Translation by William Buck.
-
Sundiata. Translation by G. D. Pickett.
More to come in the third week of March.

tsarina, send me your mailing information, and it’s yours. My email address is in my profile.
I read it, by the way. It had its amusing moments, but I won’t be reading it again. If I’m not mistaken, she’s writing a book about her long list of menial jobs. I may pick that one up when it comes out. I won’t be reading her other book; another travelogue (of sorts) about globe trotting on the cheap, but this time with her kids.
If it’s not spoken for yet, I’ll take this one.
I’ve been on a Niven kick lately. Just finished the Ringworld books
I can offer John Varley’s books
Wizard
Titan
Demon
