I’m kind of surprised at all the shit she’s being given in this thread since normally on the Straight Dope guys say they like a bit of meat on the ol bones. I think she looks a lot better in a swimsuit than Christina Hendricks does and she seems to be this board’s favorite lady.
Anthony Weiner is kind of a weird looking git himself. I really don’t see him being any more attractive than this girl.

Actually, I’m not bashing her for being fat; more because she’s in a sort of unattractive no-man’s-land of not actually being thin and looking good in a bikini, but not really being fat either. I got no problems with a good well rounded fat girl, but I’m not so enthused about the neither here-nor there look.
That, and I think she’s ugly. I just don’t go for that New Jersey Italian look.
It’s not her size with me. I’m not a big fan of tats, her face does nothing for me, and that swimsuit if fugly. She would look better in any number of suits including a 1 piece.
I think some big girls can be very attractive and I love body art too. I have lots of beautiful tattoos. I get compliments from strangers on my sleeve frequently, even from those for whom tattoos are not their cup o’ tea.

Well, Ms. Hendricks is typically photographed in much more modest clothing tailored to her figure. Even the picture you’ve linked to is a one-piece bathing suit, which is much more appropriate than the ensemble referenced in the OP, though not as flattering as the outfits Hendricks usually wears when she’s going to be getting press attention. In the proper outfit, Leathers looks fine (she’d probably be getting hit on in any bar in the country), but the shoot she did for the post was decidedly not the proper outfit. In essence, she’s no great beauty, and she doesn’t have a lick of sense.

Well first of all, I’ve never personally said anything of the sort regarding meat on the bones. But Christina Hendricks has much better tits and hips than that girl. I’m not personally much of a fan of tattoos on women in general. But her tattoos seem notably poorly done, lame and unflattering.
It is true that one should never underestimate the allure of strange. Or perhaps messrs Clinton and Weiner simply desired, as they say in the vernacular, more cushion for the pushin’.
But I think most of the fellas here are making some sort of variation on the old “Why go out for hamburger when you have steak at home?” joke. Weiner’s wife Huma Abedin is actually quite pretty. huma abedin - Google Search She’s also fairly accomplished, if you’re into that sort of thing.
Ultimately we don’t really know much about the Weiners’ marriage. Maybe Huma is an insufferable ice bitch. Maybe she just doesn’t care if Anthony does this sort of thing. Maybe she actually gets off on it. Or maybe Anthony is just a selfish, dishonest, indiscriminate dill hole with no self control. I’m leaning towards the last option but really, who knows?
Many people who have affairs seem to get off as much (if not more) on the excitement and secrecy than on just the sheer attractiveness of the adulterous correspondent.

As I said, I am a huge fan of body art on men and women, but I agree with you here. There doesn’t seem to be anything really outstanding or noteworthy about the artwork she has. Generally a good artist considers the flow and movement the work should have on a particular body type. I’m not seeing that here so much.
