It’s been at least a month since I’ve seen it. What happened?
The season ended. I don’t know when it will be back, sometime next year i guess.
Like most shows on HBO and Showtime, the “seasons” are whatever, and whenever, they decide. I believe I read that the show was picked up for at least another season, but I can’t remember where I read it.
Confused by OP title.
It reads, “Is ‘Dead Like Me’ cancelled?”
I read, “Is ‘dead’ like ‘me cancelled’?”

Cool, I really liked it.
My wife and I really liked it except for some of the stupid deaths, such as the water delivery man. We looked at each other and groaned when that happened. From what I read, the show changed directors after the 4th episode so took a lighter, comic approach instead of the initial dark tone.
Yes, it’s like “me cancelled” or “me feeding worms” or “me pushing up daisies.”
But “me so horny” is a bit different. Same goes for “me hungry.”
The voice over during the after credits of the last show said that “Dead like me will be back next year.”
At first I thought it was Showtime’s attempt to do a “Sex Feet Under” but I realized that they had aanother vision alltogether. The way it’s juxtaposed with the life of Millie in Cubicle Hell, America, makes it more Office Space or Dilbert. The stupid deaths are irrelevant, really. I think they’re done to be absurd/groanworthy.

Yeah, I was wondering about Dead Like Me too. Also, I heard that Pen and Teller: Bullshit would be comming back, but I have yet to see it.
