So Tom Cruise is suing some porn “actor” who says he had an affair with Tom and thats why their marriage broke up.
A spokesman for Cruise says he is suing because his image as a leading man would be “tarnished” if anyone thought he was gay.
I don’t care, myself.
Is he giving this guy too much publicity by suing?
Or overreacting?

Yeah, I don’t get it. If they were married, how could he have an affair with the guy? Even in California, that doesn’t make sense.

Seems he protests too much.
$100 million sounds like protesting too much to me.
Maybe he just wants $100 million.
You have to admit, though, with this as a precedent, the tabloids and such would seriously think twice about printing rumors about Tom. Seems like it’d be a worthwhile effort to me.
