Is there a website where I can enter a location (say, Springfield, Illinois) and a date (say, March 11th), and see what the weather conditions were on that day in that location for the past X years?
You can do that on Weather Underground’s history page. However, you won’t be able to find data for just any city. You’ll find the best data from city airports or weather stations.
